How long does the activity last? Your flight will last around 40 minutes but you'll be at the activity centre for around 1 hour. You need to know To participate in this activity you must be at least 14 years old. The maximum weight is 114kg (18 stone), the maximum height is 1.93m (6ft 4). You must be fit without no heart problems, agile as embarking and disembarking is difficult and requires flexibility. This may not be suitable for pregnant women. No previous experience or qualifications are required to take part in this activity. You and how many others? It's just you and the instructor.
